well I have been sticking to 1200 cal a day,(I have gone over quite a few times on the weekends) and 1/2 the time I eat back my exercise calories. I really watch my sugar. Im actually going thru the EXACT same thing as you right now. Im so frustrated. Ive been losing at least 2 lbs a week and for the last week and a half, ive stayed the same weight. with the same diet and exercise too ... I guess we just need to meet our calorie goals, because ive been eating under 1000 a day too. goodluck!

oh ok yeah eating an orange would be better.. Im just worried about if I drink it, my sugar count is going to go way over. I know fruit sugars are good so it doesnt matter, but does that still apply with orange juice? Is it the same sugars a s natural fruit or is it the processed kind? :)
