Not a good month but have lost 4 ibs in total this month. Not bad as been off the diet for a little while. Will get straight back on with it for May :happy:

LOL Personnaly I wouldn't actually be allowed to eat anything I liked. To make it even worse my hubby is completed opposite blood group to me so we would never be eating the same meals. Bump.. I'm interested in feed back you get, I to do a 40 min swim once or twice a week normally about 1125 metres in 40 mins but not sure how many calories I'm burning so was considering getting a HRM for my swimming and walking. :happy:

I eat a very healthy diet but still manage to go over my sugar intake every day, it hasn't made any difference to my weight loss. Stick at it and you will soon find what works for you. Good luck

Hi i found by increasing my execise a little and drinking more water and giving up caffiene a great help. Keep up the good work youve done really well so far. Ive lost 13 lb with another 15 to go.:flowerforyou:

Yes it does recalculate for you. If you want to change the amount you loose each week change your goal. My Home,Settings,Update diet/fitness profile, at the bottom change What is your goal...

Thanks. I only work 2 days a week but have set profile to light activity so I shall not count this as exercise. Didn't think it sounded right. Your help much appreciated.:smile:
