I'm on week 6 and this week has messed me up. I have skipped two workout days due to going out of town. :( I guess when I will have to do a strength and cardio day together to catch back up!!!

Plank-ups are the worst! I hate them!! The balancing excercises are harder for me too. I'm on week 5 and it does get easier, but I still do lose balance at times. I can't watch the part in cardio 1 when they are stretching and she hops on one leg over to Natalie. I always lose my balance at that part. haha

The 1200 calorie is part of the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution! That is what JM recommends on this 90 day body revolution!! So when people buy the program, that is what JM says to do.

I have been in a funk this week as well. I'm on workouts 3 and 4. I'm just tired of staying inside for exercise. Yesterday I did manage to go for a fast paced walk instead of doing the cardio dvd.

Your not the only one! lol Especially the balancing expercises. I feel like I am not doing as much reps with the weights because I am trying not to fall over!

Finished week 3 today!! Can I just say I hate Plank Ups, Hollowman, and the move where you hold your arms over your head and get on your knees and stand back up. Holy legs!!!
