I make boiled eggs & powerballs(peanut butter, oats, dried fruit, nuts, dark chocolate) on Sunday. I also put different fruits & veggies in containers for lunch snacks. That way I don't forget anything & it rots. Plus I can visualize the variety I have. I also do bean salads & make up my own salad dressings.

I know you can't spot reduce.(don't we all wish) I've been in caloric deficit for 6 weeks as well going to the gym 5 days a week. I do leg press, calf extensions, & hip adductor with weights. I also bike & walk. I can't squat or lunge as my knees are shot & there's still 300 lbs of me. Thank you all so much for your advice…

Personally, I bought my dress a size larger than I needed. I knew I was gonna EAT! All the stress from planning, etc.

I've only been going 6 weeks myself, but I went after work day just to scope the place out. The girl @ the desk showed me the layout of the place, the equipment available, where the restrooms are, etc. I felt so much better when I went back to actually work out. All I take is my earbuds & a water.

I believe it's real. Alcoholics & drug addicts achieve success by abstaining from their drug/drink. A food addict has to dabble in their drug daily, but learn how to do it correctly & lightly. Hi Sarah! I have over 100 lbs to lose too! Today is day 24 for me. 3 weeks faithful to the gym!! My best advice is just start walking, & make little sustainable lifestyle changes. You can do it!!

Bean salad: 2 cans each light & dark kidney beans Small box cherry tomatoes (halved) 1 red onion 1 or 2 cucumbers peeled 2 red apples 2 cans unsweet/unsalted corn Olive oil to coat Lemon juice Salt & pepper Cumin! As much as you like. The longer it sits together, the better it tastes.

Try the app "yummly". I am in love with it so far. There are a lot of unhealthy recipes for crock pots. You have to make some substitutions/ reductions to get around them.
