hi I take lessons in krav maga too. check out on youtube : krav maga howcast i really enjoy it and i'm working on my endurance because my condition really sucks.. it's really fun and you learn a lot of self defense so take a lesson or two and check it out for yourself...

funny what one topic starts. if you go on amazon.com you see a lot of reviews of people who benifited from the eat right for your type plan. I want to try it for health reasons and if it helps i only know when i try it myself i keep you posted. and on the blond topic : try bleach:laugh:

hi i'm trying to cut back on carbs because it has been ages since i lost some weight i use about 1200 kcal a day and i am active enough so hopefully i can maintain excercising you can add me if you like perhaps we can support each other..

if a good one excisted oprah winfrey would have claimed it by now. usually they either jack up your heart rate. make you go to the bathroom all the time etc. etc. and you will lose your money instead of weight...

it's a concious choice you make, do you want to lose weight or give in to some sort of stress eating. you can choose to take an appel of a macburger... you're not forced to eat unheahtly or to not set your alarm clock for excercise.... throw out the unhealthy stuff what you don't have available to you to eat, you cant eat…
