I am all of those , however I have been working on it and it is getting better. When I am stressed I go for a run, If I am depressed I take a bath, If im just in the mood to munch I grab som sugar free dark chocolate and walnuts just a few and make them last !!!

same ? for me too ... I have recently lost 100 or so lbs and the flab of my arms are unbelievable I thought this would never happen to me but it did... I can wave 3x in one wave *not so funny* but its going down I have a bo-flex and that helps .. but i like the idea of the spider plank I am going to have to try it

I have never actually measured anything on me. I am with you on that one! I love the classes it is much better than the dvd version however with that said I have the tae bo dvd's and when my pocket book does not allow for the class it is a good alternative.

i should be the poster child for belly pouch and stretch marks.... went from 118lbs to 285 after 2 pregnancies and now back down to 180. All within 12 years. AGGG nothing I do gets rid of the stretch marks and the pouch call me a kangaroo

I Just recently lost 102 lbs and sometimes i feel like I am still 265 ... i feel like I still can run a 5k or hike up a fire access road and make it to the top and still run back the remaining 3 miles. I still feel fat when i look in the mirror and wish i still was smaller. I remind myself you are no longer the fat girl…

I will know i am thin when .... I can actually bend over touch my toes and not feel like my head is about to pop off from lack of oxygen pumping to it.
