Sunday is supposed to be football Sunday. If you must, grill up lots of chicken breasts. This way you can portion and freeze them and use as needed. For lunch I eat lots of chicken, tuna, salmon with the minute rice cups with a tablespoon each of Balsamic and EVOO.

you can do it. Several coworkers of mine all started c24k and we completed or first 5k a few weeks ago. I have always hated running but this program is about going at your own pave. if you want to kick it up, so, to say, check with a local running club that may gather and offer training. Good luck!!

Making small changes make a difference. If you drink reg. soda cut back or quit, cut back or quit fast food, drink lots of water, eat breakfast, eat more often, walk at least 30 mins a day, just to name a few. Its a marathon and not a sprint. Good Luck to you!!

I do 8-10 oz of Unsweetened Coconut milk, a scoop of Matrix vanilla protien. I use vanilla becasue you can add different flavors, like fruit, easier.

Consider getting a heart rate montior or just use what the treadmill shows if its equipped with a HRM. Just make sure you check you HR often. The treadmill I use has a 400m track as one of the views so I check my HR every lap. Happy training.
