:drinker: Hello. I am new to myfitnesspal and I love it so far. I am using it on my laptop and on my droid. I love the convenience of being able to access & add to my food diary anywhere. I also love how it tracks how many more calories I have left for the day based on what I've eaten and the exercise I've done. This site was recommended by my Boot Camp Mania trainer and it's awesome! I have to show him my reports at my 1 month follow up session. Good luck to everyone! I hope you achieve your goals!!! Hugs, Angie :heart:

    Good luck to you too...... The logging part is what I have found helpful and more importantly the support. You need both the accountability and the Rah Rah or the kick in the pants ( both administered with love)

    Okay, I'm Angie too. Good luck in meeting your goals! This site has been a huge part of a real lifestyle change for me. I can't believe how much my body, fitness level, and confidence have improved in six months. We have similar goals and are near the same age - add me if you want support!
  • Welcome! And good luck! I first started on the app too. I love this site, and the app. I actually found out last night that the app has a bar code scanner. So much easier than adding a food that not already there.
