Hey yall. Im new, just signed up a couple mins ago. Ill be officially logging my food tomorrow...im lookin to maintain my weight, as i get older it seems a lot harder to stay my size so im hoping this site will help me out!! I hope to meet some people in the same boat as me. feel free to add me

Welcome...just remember, you get out of it what you put in it. So make a good effort, stick with it and you'll see results. Trust me, it worked for me. Of course excercise goes hand in hand with a good diet too.0
