Eggs!

Not that this is anything super special but here are a few way I fix my eggs in the a.m.! - All of these are scrambled recipes... So scramble the eggs...
Greek Eggs
- 2 Grade A Eggs
- 2 Egg Whites
- Pepper
- 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
- 1/2 c. baby spinach
- 1 oz. Feta Cheese
Pesto Eggs
- 2 Grade A Eggs
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 T. of Fresh Pesto (I make my own but you could buy it from the store)
- 1 oz. Feta Cheese
Spicy Eggs
- 2 Grade A Eggs
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/2 c. chopped onion and green bell pepper
- 4 T of Salsa (pick your hotness level)
- pinch of red pepper flake
- pinch of cheddar cheese
Herby Eggs - I pick fresh from the garden
- 2 Grade A Eggs
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 t. dill - chopped
- 1 t. flat leaf parsley - chopped
- 1 t. chives - chopped
- 1 t. basil - chopped
- splash of milk
- 1 t. butter - I use canola oil butter

mmm all of these sound deliciosoo...i am so bored with just using hot sauce and ketchup lol so thanks for these recipes!0

You could also make egg mugs out of these. Just use a Pam like spray in a coffee mug - mix all the ingrediants together and zap them if you are pressed for time.

I do
2 eggs
4 egg whites
1/2C veggies (your choice)
1/2C fat free cheddar
season to taste
2pc of whole grain.multi grain toast
pc of friut of choice

These sound great. I make 2 scrambled with lots of onion, green pepper, mushrooms, and throw in a big handful of raw spinach. Then I top with a tiny bit of asiago cheese. Yummy! It's so easy too if you buy the prechopped veggies. I haven't tried cooking eggs in a cup in the microwave but will try!0

This is what I've been doing most mornings, except 3 eggs and 3 whites.
You don't need anything for 'egg inna cup', just egg. Pop the yolks, give it 40 secs or so the first blast, then 20-10sec bursts with resting or stirring between0 -
