I just went for a late-night (I'm from Europe) run with Couch 2 10 K and yay! I didn't have to start from Week 1, but were able to keep up with Week 4. Not all is lost yet B)

Thank you so much for your responses! I will definitely consult a doctor. But the main thing - thank you for taking my mind off of heart diseases! Anxiety or digestion problems may be tough, but I'd take them over a heart diseas!

Yes, if you want to run, you need more calories. Try to NET at 1200, otherwise you will hurt your body.

I started my weight loss journey a year and a half ago and so far I've lost 23 kgs (50 pounds, I'm from Northern Europe). I go to the gym about 4-5 times a week, I lift weights and started running. This year I plan to run 5K and 10K, but I'm no way near marathon yet :P Anyway, I'm adding you all!

I gained 1lbs, but then again it was my that time of month, so might as well have been just bloating. At least the weight's going down again since today!
