Another thing to add... Maybe cut back a little on cardio and add some weight lifting!

I would raise your caloric intake and switch up your exercise. Try that for a couple weeks and see what happens.

you need protein. add in some protein shakes. low minerals and low iron can wreack havoc on your body, not to mention if your not building muscle you could be burning muscle, which is not good.

You need to eat between your BMR and TDEE amounts. You can find them by going to any TDEE/BMR calculators on the net.
