ill be your friend! what's your dietary intake right now. being up and mobile for up to 14 hours a day should burn quite a few calories.

meatloaf....god I love it.

A very good question, and I would answer yes....but only marginally. An extra 5 pounds probably wont make a significant difference in the amount of weight your legs, and related areas, have to oppose. It would be the equivalent of holding two 2.5 pound dumbbells as you squatted. What you could do is grab a backpack and…

I’m a creature of habit, though and through. If I put my glasses down somewhere else, I can’t find them, the blue people took them. Sleep is probably the only dynamic part of my life, as I live with crazy, mad, and unstable.

I’ve played both, and i can tell you the paid subs have a higher quality of feel to them. The F2P ones feel like a carrot on a stick, which can work if you just want to wile the time away. Having played rift, wow, neverwinter, dungeons and dragons online, and a few lesser ones, the F2P ones have always felt hallow. Almost…

Is that....a mask?! It looks like plastic, like a cheap halloween face mask.

while i know you said you cant eat grains, does that include all cereals? if the answer is no, you may want to give Teff (Eragrostis Tef) a try. its a gluten free cereal grain that supplies quite a bit of protien, and has all of the amino acids that a body needs. another possability may be wild rice, another gluten free…

I submit that wild rice is the best, takes a lot longer to cook though (but its worth it).

borderlands all the way for me, with over 500 hours logged on both games its easy to see why. sadly I almost always have to play alone, mostly because im a night shifter and don't know anyone.

those number fit squarely into average. your body fat percentage will naturally be higher due to the...uhhh...frontal lobal region *makes hand gestures*. but seriously, that's average.

I wasn't in a clique, or rather a clique of one. I didn't have a very good high school experience, so I graduated early.

this is one of the specific reason why GMO crops exist, so they don't all have the same genetic makeup. the potato famine was caused by late blight, which they have found a way against using GMO.

I’m just going to toss this in because it’s a fact, and facts can be scary things if given the right light and spin. Corn, is not a plant found in nature, it would not exist if we didn’t make it. 10,000 years ago, it was a grass called teosinte, Much like wheat, with a seed stalk that yielded a few kernels. Over countless…
