If you want it, you can do it! The one thing I learned about motivation is we gotta find what's inside of us that drives us to step up our game and do it. What's your reasons for wanting to lose that 10 lbs? Do you have a big, and good-feeling reason to work for this? If so, tap into that! You got this.

MY BEST TIPS for this, from personal experience: LOVE your body BE patient LIFT weights EAT healthy with a deficit, tending toward lower carbs, moderate protein, and moderate fat Honestly, that's what helped me. I have the same body type - muscular, average frame, with tendency to collect fat on my belly and then butt.…

"I will not be defined by past habits. I"m a new person." **That** is awesome, positive self-talk!!! Keep that up!! :)

My honest advice is to be more gentle with yourself. It's okay. :) You're in a great position right now in this very moment. You have all the power and freedom inside of you to make new choices. "Tomorrow is a new day," and "this is a new hour." Take it a step at a time. If you get hungry later, have a reasonable, healthy…

Same here. :)

I will be 100% straight-up with you...... You deserve better. You deserve health, freedom, support, and encouragement to be yourself. You deserve real love, not someone trying to suppress or control you due to their own emotional issues. He needs to stop projecting and running from his problems. You're doing great - keep…

Veggies and spices are your friends.. :) I'm not on 1200cal, but I can tell you that it helps a lot flavor/variety-wise to add in more vegetables and spices regularly. Experiment!

What started as an experiment for me to find the root of my symptoms turned out to be a really happy adventure. It's been several years now. I say happy, because it truly only took a few days and weeks to feel better. I had joint pains, joint swelling, headaches, fatigue, and fogginess, but an overall healthy lifestyle and…

If you start going in, you will come to believe that you belong there. The self confidence will come as you start going in :) on the random off-chance someone says something, brush it off and keep on going. go for it and don't look back. :)

Not true, and kind of ageist to say :) I stopped caring what people thought about me years ago... and I'm only 26. :)

The low self confidence will turn into great self confidence and healthy pride the more you get out there and do it :) Trust me :)

It's okay! :) Focus on the positives. What are you doing that feels right? What's healthy? Build yourself up by celebrating how you are back on track and how you came out openly to talk about this. Keep moving forward and remind yourself of your special reasons for being healthier. These reasons are your motivation. :)

You can do it :) Congrats for taking the big first steps in facing what you want to change and coming here for support! :) I used to overeat all kinds of unhealthy food very emotionally due to high stress and sadness. I went to a counselor to talk about these things, to get them out in the open and learn new ways to cope.…

Eat more vegetables and add in things like oats, quinoa, and rice. Nuts, seeds, avocados. :)
