Which form of exercis scan you say help you to loose most weight or worksheet most muscles.Am now to exerting so just learnin the different types of exercises.Please reply

    Whenever I need a good workout, I row. Even if I only do 15 minutes, but hard for those 15 minutes, it's worth it.

    I do a lot of spinning: I know, it only works the legs, but it did help me lose a lot of weight! Otherwise compound exercises like jumping jacks burn a lot of calories, or so I've heard :-)

    I like to do cardio exercise for weight lose. Cardio exercise is very useful for weight lose and i have reduced lot of weight with regular cardio. This is my suggestion for everyone to do cardio.

    I swim. But you have to really watch your diet when you swim because it makes you super hungry.

    Zumba is my go-to right now. I really love it, it gets the heart pumping and it's fun! But, the thing that always worked best for me was pole/burlesque dancing. Does wonders for both the body and confidence!
