Weird. I have the same problem. I don't work out like I would like to, but i am very active through out the day. I just kinda go through the pain and it gets better.

I do know there are some yoga poses they tell you not to do when it's that time. Other then that I personally take a day off and I change up my exercise. I do more exercises that requires me to stand then to be on the ground.

Just buy the whole egg and seperate the yolk if you really got to. I understand though if you didn't want to waste the yolk.

I am poor! I still try to eat healthy, but what someone said is true they don't have good produce in poorer cities! Also a lack of cooking skills does make up for it. I work with food and I am always using bacon. I think it's the flavor people like. It gives salads, burgers, eggs, potatoes, soups, etc a kick. I think it's a meat lover's condiment.

I like beer too. If I am going to drink a lot of it, I make sure I put on some good jams and dance my heart away. I am buzzed anyway so I don't care who is looking lol XD it's how I keep most of the weight off.

I have ADHD and don't take meds for it. Too much caffeine is not good though makes you not focus. One cup or two cups of coffee is ideal.

Me too! When they got it at my work (wendy's) I was so happy until I looked at when it went bad. Takes two years! I am happy making it at home lol.

That's true, but I just get so hungry. I know that your body is doing more work to prepare so I am wondering on foods to stop this from happening.
