I'm double cup size= double annoying *_*.... I always pop out of place n too much jiggle!! Lol. That means a few bras for me... I'm cheap. I have to double up bras and wear them at the same time. That's what I have to do until I can afford an expensive bra for large boobs that keeps them in place. Doesn't stop the bounce…

SO true!!! I was at 1,200 calories or about there a lot in the beginning. I actually kept gaining weight!! YIKES!! My body just stored fat. It's hard enough having imbalanced hormones too. I'd rather eat more. :]

Drink plenty of water but the best thing to balance out sodium is a HIGH potassium intake! :)) The most important thing I actually focus on my diet is potassium!
