I'm between 5'10 - 5'11 ... all depends who measures me. My heaviest was 170lbs and my lightest was 135-140. I honestly felt a lot healthier when I weighed less. Though there were people trying to shove cheeseburgers down my throat, I was no size zero. I'd focus more on how you feel than what the scale says though.

I live in SC and going to PA! I think sitting down for lunch (hopefully half way) will probably be a good idea. Also planning my day ahead of time so I don't just pull up and eat crap will be the best.

You're not missing anything, I've noticed that too. It may be because I said I don't want to be stopping too many times and also mentioned somewhere that I wanted foods I could eat while driving. I do need both though, even if it's mostly snacking and at least one decent meal.

I was a label junky until I had to buy my own clothes. I could buy 5 shirts from somewhere else for the same price as one of theirs and they were way cuter. Honestly, if you've never had a problem before and it only came about when you started working out ... muscle is the most logical. It could be anything from your knee, to your calf, to your low back. RICE! (heat is generally used for muscles, but you can do either or, or even both!) If it's not better go to the doctor :)

I used to do that all the time, figured there was always tomorrow! Instead of a day at a time, I went a meal at a time :)

It may seem crazy to you, but everyone's different. I workout twice a day, walk my dog for 30mins, have a physically demanding job and still sometimes battle to eat 1200 calories. Sometimes you're just not hungry and I'm sorry but I'm not going to eat junk just to reach the calories.

I don't see the point in forcing yourself to eat if you're just not hungry. There's a few days I've been under and don't eat non-fat/low fat stuff. Then again, I also have those days where I over indulge and go over. It all balances out in the end though.

Few suggestions .. physical or massage therapist .. a lot of medical insurances are actually covering these now. Also, I would definitely recommend trying water aerobics.

Muscles are very much apart of what I do for a living so I know how they work. It's why I don't argue with people because they always know better. By no means do I have all the answers either though.
