Should read Exercise with Limitations I can't help but remember how strong physically I used to be and I so want to be that way again but I know it's impossible. With Diabetic Neuropathy in both my feet and legs below my knees it's difficult to keep balanced at times. With nerve damage in my lower back (not sciatica) it's imposssible to walk more than approximately 50 ft before my back pain causes my knees to buckle and give way. The problems from multilple surgeries in both of my hands makes it very difficult to hold anything for more than a few minutes--continous gripping or repetative gripping is extremely painful.
Any ideas???? All suggestions WELCOME .
Also I have a very limited income so going to a gym more than once a month is out of the question since I usually have numerous doctor visits every month.

Few suggestions .. physical or massage therapist .. a lot of medical insurances are actually covering these now. Also, I would definitely recommend trying water aerobics.0
