wow that's great, thanks for all those resources, Mike! And I appreciate the URL as well :) It's too bad Striiv is the smallest player in the fitness tracker market; once you go Striiv, I hardly see a reason to go Fitbit/Jawbone/etc.

back in the day, I would get diet food delivered to my apt... breakfast for saturdays was always: pineapple chunks red grapes honeydew chunks canteloupe chunks and a little side of ricotta cheese. It was wonderful.

thanks! Yeah, I'm not thinking of going overboard with soy. I take small doses. I'm thinking veggie+soy recipes and also just filling veggie+protein recipes. As long as there's protein :)
