I am flexible. I will say that I do have a bigger affinity to Indian food, if that helps.
Here are some meals I've made so far:

The last one takes a freakin long time to load ( i dont know why) but her recipes come out great every time. There are quite a few Paneer recipes in there.

Lots of options here. I'll go with Thai curry paste. It's delicious, cheap, healthy, and versatile. If you have a neighborhood Asian grocery store, look for Maesri or Mae Ploy brands. Mix a spoonful or two with coconut milk, and it makes a wonderful sauce for chicken, pork, beef, any seafood, vegetables, rice, etc. (I usually just simmer a bag of frozen vegetables in it.)0
