Back at it myself, Quit logging and injuries sidetracked me. We have 2 weddings this year and I'm determined to get into a cute dress instead of a tent! Feel Free to add me if you want and maybe we can encourage each other.

5'2 also and sitting at 186 lbs right now. I've recently lost a total of 4lbs since the holidays. My hubby and I are starting this new year together trying to get fit. My cholestoral is terrible and I was recently put on meds to help, I have about a month and half to show some progress on that. We are trying to eat right…

I belong to that club too! I find having a small piece a day helps but I always make sure to brush my teeth or drink water after to get the tase out or its back to the candy bag I go.

I know that carbs are my weakness, right next to chocolate! I'm trying really hard not to munch on the snacks that the kids are eating, and I've been pop free for 5 days. Busted out the gum to help keep me from snacking and started "clearing" closets when the kiddos are napping. But like we talked yesterday, my genetics…

I'm a stay home mom with 2 boys and run a home daycare. I talk all the kids on a walk in the morning and then when nap comes around, I try to squeeze in Zumba on the Wii, treadmill or a workout dvd. Doesn't always happen with the baby I watch but we make do. Feel free to add me :)

I'm 5'2" and 35 yrs old, mother of 2 active boys. I started at 180 and my goal is to get down to 140, it would be great to hit 127 (wedding weight) but not sure it looked really healthy. I was 150, 4 1/2 yrs ago when my youngest surprised us, and I felt really good. At this point losing is the main goal, No matter what!…

Day 2 @ level 1 done! Woke up a little sore after yesterday's butt kicking and mowing the yard. Tonight we have Family Night at my son's Boy Scout camp and we are doing a potluck style meal for our troop. That means way too much yummy food :ohwell: It also means that we will be doing some hiking to burn off the extra…

I'm in! My hubby's bday is in Oct and I'd love to lose those 20 lbs by then. I just started the 30 Day Shred again and hoping I can stick with it! Did it for about 2 wks before and had good results before falling off the wagon. My plan is 30 Day shred and atleast 30 min of walking, either on the treadmill or around town.
-
Just started the Shred again, hoping I can stick to it this time! Feeling pretty good today, but i know day 2 is when i felt the burn. Gotta keep pushing to get the results!

I"m in! This will be my 2nd attempt at it, got a little side tracked the last time. I had good results for the little time that I kept up with it. I'll start tomorrow morning!

I'm right there with you! I was doing really well and then wham, fell off that wagon. I've been watching what I eat and trying to log it every day. Exercise however hasn't been a high on the list and I NEED to get back to it! You look wonderful and your back on the wagon, that's what counts. Today is a new day!
-
Way to Go Megan!! Toot away, you deserve it!

Tomorrow is a new day! Old habits are hard to break.....just keep going towards the new ones

-
well, I've done the shred for 3 days in a row, with a 2 mile walk on the treadmill. I decided to sleep in today since I wasn't feeling well yesterday, but I'm going to get my 2 mile walk in. I decided to measure today just for giggles and I've lost an inch in hips and half an inch in my thighs. Back to the Shred tomorrow!
-
I started this week and got in 3 days in a row....couldn't walk well the 2nd day, but 3rd day was better. Since I wasn't feeling well yesterday I decided to sleep in a little today and skip the shred, but will do my normal 2miles on the treadmill. I've noticed that I'm feeling better and I've lost an inch in my thighs and…

Finished Day 1 Level 1......so far so good! Planning my 2 mile "walk" on the treadmill during the kiddo's nap time. Hopefully I can stick to this round of the shred! My scale is "stuck" again and the warm weather is approaching. I was able to get into some smaller jeans the other day, just a little more weight and inches…
