you don't need to work out 2-3 times a day. once a day 30-40 minutes, cardio cardio cardio. 1700-1800 calories. do not listen to the 1200 calorie people, they are crazy from lack of nutrition. oh and don't expect any miracles also, drink your water. at least 8 eight ounce glasses daily.

all music is computer driven. its recorded and edited on computers. and all dance music is arranged by a human. just because someone can hit play on a mcabook doesnt mean the macbook makes it up right then and there. it takes days to put together one song. let alone and hour or two worth of live show.

I see your sodium is jacked way up and you either don't log it or just don't drink water. Flip those around and you should see some results. If you don't like plain water, try some fresh lemon or lime. There are also crystallized lemon, lime and orange available.
