Denise Austin has a alot of dvds out there that chalenge you, you get results, they are fun and she motivates you. Boot camp and the fat blaster are my favorites.

Choboni greek non fat strawberry yogurt is delicious and I mostly eat it right after I work out! Yummo and good amount of protein! :)

Denise Austin dvds are awesome too! I love the boot camp total body blast and burn fat fast cardio blast! They have shaped me up while I lost. I lost 10 pounds in January on my own and another 11 pounds adding myfitness pal! With the help of aerobics,weight training and walking!

If I have a cheat like pizza I make sure it is within my daily calories and I work out that day! If I got out to eat and splurge this is the day I eat back some calories from excersing! Then you don't feel guilty and it doesn't affect your continued weight loss!

My biggest reward will be the look on my doctors face at my physical when my cholesterol is lower and he sees the weight loss! Also a second trip to Hawaii in January to see my son, his wife and my grand baby to be that is due end of December! :D

Eat fruit! Stay away from drinks with sugar. I just read the list posted of the 5 things to stay away from and orange juice was one of them and concetrated juices. This was a video posted on here from a nutritionalist.

I am thinking that you are gaining muscle! Muscle weighs more than fat. Are your pants feeling less tight? I bet your loosing inches. You shoulc start measuring your self. Keep positive the weight will come off! :)
