<3 this so much!!! Totally the conversation I've been having w/ myself these last few weeks: why do I have to work so hard??

I would say my choice in men, but I've come to realize every single bad decision taught me something. Either about myself or what I didn't want in a partner. so, I'll go with tried harder in high school and not worried so much about the petty b.s. that no longer matters today and NOT dropped out of college. Dumbest…

Dealt with this a month ago. Just now able to get back into running. I had a mild case of plantar fasciitis (sp?) and was out of commission for two months. Dr. said lots and lots of stretching, not only before and after working out, but also during the day would help with this. In my case, he said that PF is something I…

My 6 year old son was bitten on the side of the face by a dog that wore a muzzle on a daily basis while visiting his dads for the weekend. Dad was negligent in putting the muzzle on the dog when he woke up first thing in the AM and my son paid the price for that. Ended up needing 5 stitches in his cheek & ear. Needless to…

I WANT man muscles, but then again, I've always been an odd duck. All my hopes and dreams are being dashed by all these people saying I can't get man muscles

1) Date/Marry someone of a different colour? I'll be odd man out and say, generally speaking, no. SO FAR, I haven't found anyone of a different race that I'm attracted to. That could change, of course. But, again, generally speaking, I'm not attracted to men of a different race. Actually, let me clarify just a bit......if…

Great job!!! Keep up the hard work! You look awesome! :flowerforyou:

And you know this........how? to the OP's question: I pre-log the night before. If I want something extra, I'll go for an unplanned run/walk to earn it. Pre-logging gives me a measure of control that I normally don't have when flying by the seat of my pants. My brain works better when I have a set plan that I'm not…

This x's about a million! Nice guys are great as long as they're not so nice that they're asking "how high?" when I say "jump" As much as I may WANT to have a guy like that, they always end up boring me, I end up losing respect for them then it all goes down-hill from there. So, a nice bad boy is just perfect for me!

Also, for soreness in your thighs and legs, I bought a wooden rolling pin (yes, like the one your grandma used to roll out dough) and would roll my muscles with it. Hurts a bit while doing it but as soon as you're done, you feel infinitely better! Plus, like someone else stated, I like at least a little muscle soreness.…

The only time I've had this problem since starting this journey of healthier eating is when I let myself have a cheat meal this past Friday. It was Mexican which is my ultimate favorite and I went balls to the wall with the eating! I didn't get to the point where I felt like I was going to be sick I was so full like I used…

I have a full blooded German Shepard as well. I absolutely ADORE that dog! She's the sweetest thing ever and SO protective of my kids! They're awesome dogs!

Hi! Anyone feel free to add me! I'm re-doing the program starting tomorrow! I had great success and completed this program in the fall of 2011, but took a "break" and have been on one ever since. Lame, I know! HAHA So, yeah, anyway, add me! I need motivation to keep going for this program! :flowerforyou:

It's definitely not easy! You have legit withdrawals. Especially when you quit cold turkey like I did! Migraine level headaches are so not fun! To the OP's ?: water & the occasional glass of milk. When I'm feeling wild, I'll add some flavored stuff to my water.

One bad day, or night in this case, won't undo all your hard work. Nor will it keep you from moving on. That's all it is: ONE bad day. You have 364 left, so don't be so hard on yourself! As for the working out even when you don't feel like it, just do it anyway. Easier said than done, I know! The hardest part is actually…

Damn it! You beat me to it! :grumble:

You can do this!! I've realized this time around it's all about persistence and not letting even yourself get in your way!

Thanks so much! I just checked out your profile and saw that you're from Louisiana! That's my home state! I moved away about 7 years ago but go back yearly to visit! :flowerforyou:
