In the past 4 years I've gone from 320 to 220, then back up to 270 in the past year and have just hit under 250 last week...dealing with some major health obstacles but I'm still moving

I know I always feel pretty shaky if I don't eat beforehand. Now I just make sure I have something even if it's just a couple handfuls of trail mix.
