Hi all!
Im new to MFP but have been on my weight loss journey for a while now. When i started despite a few bumps along the way i am now doing much better than i was. I have actually already lost 46lbs since last january. I aim to keep at it! Im hoping with MFP and my fitbit coming soon as well as the gym ill get there! As for exercise i do 3 workouts a week at the gym each a different muscle group, zumba once or twice a week dependent on my shift patterns and i try and get in a swim or a walk once a week too!
Im more than happy to make new friends on here and share tips or ideas! I also find that it is more about a lifestyle change as well as a long term weight loss goal.

P.S I used to go to crossfit but had to quit due to injury and expense
but so glad i found a better place to go to!

Welcome to MFP, Enter your food diary daily and keep tracking your calories, try to do small exercises. Keep active yourself. All the best!! Feel free to add me
