We are going in October (eeeeeeeeek) and I'm going to enjoy my time there I'm not going to count calories just make good choices and all the walking wow just think of the calorie burn! If I want ice cream I'm having it :-)

I already started I'm on day 12 I'm sooooooo glad I eventually got on and started it my body has changed lots already and I've lost 5lbs I'm really enjoying the workouts so far :-)

I didn't take any rest days but if at any point I thought I needed one I would have taken it everyone different just listen to your body rest if you need to :-) good luck

My 3 children aged 6,4 and 2 sometimes join in with a workout and can do some of it better than I can lol. I always tell them I'm working out to be healthy and they want to be healthy too! Why stop that??

I just started p90x and loving it!!!

I have a few DVDs that I change round 30 day shred banish fat boost metabolism and killer buns and thighs they don't take long to do but oh my you have a great work out :)

I've did it last year with brilliant results so I started it again on the 1st of the month The first few days are a killer but stay strong keep going and you will get results I love this workout because its so easy to fit into your day Good luck and keep me posted on how you are getting on :)
