I would only log it if I really worked up a good sweat and exerted a lot of energy doing it. (like pushing the mower up hills or raking and bagging too) Otherwise, I wouldn't.......to me, it's not much different than pushing a grocery cart around the store.....and I would never log that.

Today's menu consisted of a turkey sandwich on a multigrain flat bread with a wedge of laughing cow jalapeno cheese, a mini can of V-8 juice, celery and a blackberry greek yogurt. Everyone's lunch on here looks pretty great!

That sounds awesome! I also get sad when I take the last bite of something really yummy! Like last week when I made a grilled provolone, tomato and avacado sandwich! I almost cried when I took the last bite. Back in the day, I would've just made another one.....

I'm in too! Just starting my second week here. I'm actually stressed a little bit because after one week, I'm actually up 4 pounds!! Has anyone else experienced this? My calorie intake hasn't increased and I've been trying to push extra water. I do love the workouts......Having sore muscles never felt so great!

A calorie is a calorie is a calorie. It is a unit of energy. Food = fuel. "Wrong" fuel does not store any differently than "right" fuel. 1 calorie from spinach vs 1 calorie from a french fry, the body doesn't differentiate the calorie. I usually walk about an hour a day at around 4 mph......according to my runkeeper app, that burns around 300 calories on average. If I walk on the treadmill at around 3.5-4.0 mph on the biggest incline for 30 minutes, it tells me that I've burned around 350-400 calories. I'm not sure how that compares to the calisthenic…

I don't like cottage cheese with anything sweet either. But, add anything savory like hummas or salsa....and that's delicious!! Cottage cheese is also good on spaghetti.....kind of makes it taste like lasagna.
