Have a protein shake? Mostly this is what I do: Breakfast: Egg beaters + Turkey Bacon + Lowfat Cheese + Bagel Thin ~25 G protein Snack: Protein Shake ~ 30 G protein Lunch: Variable Dinner: Chicken + Veggies ~50 G protein So there's 105 grams right there not even including a lunch.

Another vote for New Rules of Weightlifting for Women. It's great for getting someone started.

Eat some back immediately after you work out, but it's probably overstimating your burn, so I wouldn't count on that number being real unless you're using a HRM. Also, yeah, throw in weights if you don't already. They're fun and build muscle which raises your metabolism so you can continue to eat and everyone wins.

I've been taking a form of CLA for about a month and the only thing I've noticed is I crave sweets less. I've heard really good things about it, but I haven't seen any physical changes since I started.

Is 30DS only effective if you do it every day for 30 days? I have it as a backup workout on bad days, but tbh, I never really use it. Would it be better than lifting and jogging at a gym?

I've been taking a class for a few years that is really similar to Turbo Fire. I don't know how great the DVDs are or aren't, but the class is amazing!

I'm 5'5" and I don't think 125 would look normal on my frame. I'm aiming for 150. But I've been a fatty all my life, so different expectations and likely a different frame.

you could switch it up but still stay on the elliptical. Like try going faster or adsing resistance levels during your workout. I was thinking about this like 20 minutes ago. Most of my weight loss came about this way (not tracking, just being careful about what I eat). And it would feel so nice to not to feel food related guilt.

My friend does flavored vodka in diet sprite. Apparently it tastes pretty good and isn't too crazy with the calories.

Short legs. I have to break into a jog above 4.0. Brisk walk is about 3.5 for me.

Yeah, clothes makers torture us. I can wear two pants bought at a different time of the same brand and they fit the same despite being a size apart. I hate that! They just change it to mess with us :(
