except for the fact that even still - the whey can bother some people. i have had 100% whey isolate protein and I still get sick from it - and i'm not even severely lactose intolerant. I use a soy protein.

I put mine on - right under my boobs - then I put my sports bras on. I have a Polar FT4. seems to work pretty well. I am a 36D/DD.

I have a hybrid - I just switched to more of a commuter hybrid rather than a comfort one. It makes my commute to work SO MUCH NICER!

Really?? I've been looking at gym prices & honestly LifeTime Fitness is cheaper than the YMCA here - and a heck of a lot nicer.

I left my psychotic/emotionally abusive boyfriend back in May. I started on the weight loss before I left him (I was done about awhile before I left) and since then I've lost about 53 pounds. I've never felt better about myself or more optimistic about my future since I've left him.

erging (rowing) is one of the best workouts you can do for your body. It is an AMAZING total body workout - especially if you do it correctly.
