Thank you for the congrats on the new job. Congrats on all the successes! This isn't easy, but that is why we all seek support. I stumbled upon this thread a few days ago and it has helped me get back on track. Last night I really wanted to just binge (emotions, bluck), but instead I weighed a small snack out and locked…

These are wonderful. The last one is awesome. Great plan!

I have pre-planned and prelogged all of my food, so let's hope I stick to it. I shouldn't have any issues :P I managed to add a fruit of veggie to every meal except breakfast. As for my interview, I must have rocked it because they offered me a job. So excited to begin this new chapter in my life.

I hope you enjoy the games this evening and were able to relax and have some fun.

I hope you are feeling better very soon! You have it exactly right...listen to your body and get the rest you need so you will be in top shape again quickly to hop back into exercising.

This thread is a wonderful idea. Mind if I jump in? I am at the point in my journey where I always quit for six or so months. The last three days have been terrible. I have been logging my food all day, and then just going crazy at night. I need to get back on track. That said, for Friday.. JFT 10/2 1.)Log all of the food…

Hello! I am just returning, also. I was here before and lost almost 80 pounds, but then regained 40 pounds. I am back for what I hope are the right reasons this time. I have 145+ pounds to go. Anyone can feel free to add me, also :) Good luck! You got this.

Doing it because you want to (for yourself), and are ready to, is the number one step to success, IMO. Welcome back! I"m very saddened to hear of your loss. I'm so happy to hear you want to do this for yourself, though. Good luck! You got this.

Great work!

Good luck to you! It sounds like you have a good plan and a lot of support. I, myself, am returning to MFP with my tail between my legs. I was here for quite some time and successfully lost more than 75 pounds. Once I stopped, I regained forty. Hopefully I can fix that, lose the 40 I gained, plus the 130 more I need to get…

Sounds like you have received a lot of great advice (which I read and appreciate also). Now you just need to sort it all out and figure out what works for you. Start with blogging or a written journal, maybe. Liking yourself and wanting to change are two of the most important things for any journey that results in change.…

I started at 375 and am now just barely hovering above 300. I'm going to really be pushing to get below 300 in the next few weeks. It will be a huge milestone for me! It has taken over 2 years, but you just have to keep moving forward. Don't ever stop trying. That's the key. You can do this!

Simply fantastic, thank you for posting. What in inspiration for us. Great work! You look fantastic.

Do you have "Name" clicked on your search, perhaps, instead of 'relevance'? That can make a huge difference. I accidentally checked the wrong one once and it was almost impossible to find the food I needed. Then I realized what I did. Good luck to you.
