Finally some noticeable changes

The picture on the left is me at Thanksgiving dinner 2014 tiping the scale at 190. What made me decide to make some lifestyle changes? On December 23rd I noticed that both my hands and feet were so swollen that I had to make an emergency doctor appointment. I had high blood pressure and high sugar. The doctor explained to me that if I don't make changes that I would end up on medication. On January 1st I made dietary changes and started lifting weights about 3 days a week as well as cardio. I also went back to using MyFitness Pal and committed to tracking my daily food intake. This proved to be very effective and current weight is 170. I still have ten more pounds to go before resetting my goals. I am very happy with the changes. tr161omy7x6s.jpg
