    You might want to slow down your weight loss now. What you've done is over 3lbs/week. If you keep this up, you might start doing more damage than good and risk bouncing back once you stop losing the weight.

    I've lost another 10 pounds and currently at 208! Hoping to get to 199 by my 30th birthday on July 26! Probably will hit that goal a week late though, oh well!
