Try Tropicana 50. Still has sugar, but less that regular. 50% less calories and sugar! I love it, in small doses only :)

Have you checked for a vitamin d deficiency. I had similar problems like you and found out after several visits and tons of labs that it was a vitamin d deficiency. Mine was extremely low and I was put on ultra high doses for 24 weeks, and now take over the counter. I feel great now!

I bought it for 3.49 at Kroger. I like it alot, and its so simple. I use 1 good squirt in my 16.9 oz bottle of water and its perfect. I have only tried fruit punch so far. Its cheaper than crystal light and you don't have to deal with powder.

Well said!!! I agree. I don't put on perfume or makeup to go to the gym, but I do at times go to the gym from work. I don't think I should have to shower and wash all perfume and makeup off before I start working out. I am usually limited on time, so my focus is on working out and burning the most calories in the least…
