    I'm 5'7" too!

    I started with HCG, which a lot of people will tell you not to do. But I didn't have a problem with it and it was a great, quick way to lose 15 ish pounds. FOR ME.

    Since I stopped taking it I've lost 8 more pounds, and its all really portion control that I focus on. And low calories, low fat, and literally I have 1 carb serving a day.

    Thanks everyone! I still have about 20 more to go, but I can't say I'm not excited about the progress this far.
