Hmm chicken would be better but watch the fat on the pork. Drop the stuffing and gravy and if you can replace roast potatoes with more greens. Them its just about portion control :)

Hi from the midlands lincolnshire :) you need to eat first thing in the morning before 12pm. 6 small meals a day to keep you ticking over. Then just work your *kitten* off each day. Eat less move even more :)

So today just got back from the gym and have always struggled to get past the 3 mile mark, so lowered my speed and low and behold I racked up 7 miles! I am one happy person at the moment! Some areas I feel now I can move the weights up a little more and change from 10 reps to 8 reps. How does this sound? Especially bench press which I find I can do better now. Flys are still difficult with 8kg weight.

Well been doing it for 8 weeks now and 1st 4 weeks I really made a shift from 197lb to 188.9lb. Well before on my cardio days I would do an hour on the cross trainer followed by running intervals on the treadmill or some days just interval training on the treadmill. I've always heard that you go one way or the other....if you want to lose weight have a calorie deficit. If you want to build bigger muscles you need to eat more over your daily recommended calorie target. man thats a hell of a work life! maybe just start with getting your diet right, eat the right things and eat your daily calorie goals. Just once a day, started 3 times a week then bumped it up to 5 times a week once my recovery times shortened. I do 1 hour cardio and prob 1 hour 30 mins for weights. Do what you feel capable of doing start off maybe doing 20 mins and build up from there. Everyone is different with different lifestyles :)

I normally work out about 7pm/8pm when the gym is at its quietest. Plus means I get food in before I train and then I eat after my work out also :)
