Thanks Chris I've never tracked macros unless my PT worked all that out in my meal plan but I just keep to eating healthy that avoids processed foods. Long way to go yet and no rush for me to lose fast in it for the long haul

Lift weights as well as some cardio. Use the 5x5 stronglifts or lifts for girls I think it's called. You use lots of muscles at the same time toning your body and helping to drop the fat, it builds muscle so more muscle eats the fat. I recommend lifting

P.s don't worry about the scale as it gets everyone down and likely to give up. Measure you're body fat percentage and take photos each couple of weeks. I could never tell I lost weight but the scale kept telling me I lost body fat. And go swim its the best you can do
