There is also a recipe for collards and cabbage cooked together that is really good. Seems to be a lot like this recipe..I love it cooked like that!

Me too! Do we log our steps? Miles? or what? Do we just keep up with all of that for the week or month? Maybe the aim is to just walk? Walking is about the only exercise I do :blushing:

heybales, you helped me set my calories up about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I haven't gained or lost anything yet. But, this morning it looked like I had lost a little less than a lb. So, I am still hopeful its going to work for me.. I really appreciated your help!! I'm so close to my goal any weight loss will be slow I guess....

But I did find this interesting. You get a weekly report via email. In it you get your weekly average calories burned. Someone posted a math formula she uses to figure out her calories. I've had my FitBit one month today and I really enjoy it because it motivates me to get up and move. I have over 15,000 steps today. I wouldn't have done that had it not been for my little buddy.
