    I made a goal last week to start hitting 10,000 steps a day and some days were unsuccessful, but maybe being accountable with this walking group I can hit that number...so I am in!

    Feb. 2/2013 Count me in, I twisted my knee bout a week and half ago, I'm just getting back to walking on the treadmill, I'll keep trying each day.:smile:

    Me too! Do we log our steps? Miles? or what? Do we just keep up with all of that for the week or month? Maybe the aim is to just walk? Walking is about the only exercise I do :blushing:

    count me in. i do at least 30 minutes on the treadmill every time im at the gym!

    Count me in. Walking again this year almost every day. Try to do 6 miles per day. A minimum of 3 per day.

    I'm in too! I'm using a treadmill during the winter, but try to do at least 2 miles a day, 5 times a week. Treadmill incline 0-4.0. Average 2.5-3 miles each time. Feb 1--2 miles. Feb 2--2.7 miles. :)

    Have gotten lazy about walking my 30 minutes on the treadmill at the gym so this challenge should help me to remember a full 30 minutes I am in

    I'm in... New to the board and its been awhile. I used to park right in front of the office, now I Am parking in the office garage, about a block away... I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOO out of shape. next month...the second floor of the garage, and thus the stairs...

    I use the runtastic pedometer on my android but my fitbit is on the way and I cannot wait!
