Im not sure if this has been posted yet but I noticed this recipe was posted on here back on 3/10/11 and this recipe is so good..
I wanted to post it again..Only 18 CAL, only 1 fat and 29 Sodium per Tablespoon
2 T Mrs. Dash Original
1 C Light Sour Cream
1/2 C Non Fat Plain Yogurt
1/4 C Light Mayo (I use Miracle Whip Light Salad Dressing)
2 t Sugar
3 t Wine Vinegar
3 T Freeze-Dried Chives
Mix everything in a bowl. It makes 1 3/4 C. I put in that it makes 28 servings of 1 T each. Per tablespoon: Calories 18, Fiber 0, Fat 1, Protein 1, Calcium 2, Sodium 29

Where do you fnd freeze dried chives?
***walmart had freeze dried chives in spices section. they are expensive..about $5.50. I made the ranch dressing without the chives and it was still very good! **0 -
What is
2 T Mrs. Dash Original
I am from New Zealand and am not familiar with this
Thanks0 -
Mrs Dash Original is a spice blend...it actually has the spices listed if you google the name.0

That sounds really good. I also make ranch dip with fat free cottage and water in the blender and a packet of the Hidden Valley ranch dip mix. It's only 50 calories for 1/2 cup. Can't beat that, and really, who eats a 1/2 cup??0
-
I need to make this!0

This sounds great!0

Is there a way I can save this to my recipes or somewhere????? I'm new here, still trying to figure this site out.0
