Im not sure if this has been posted yet but I noticed this recipe was posted on here back on 3/10/11 and this recipe is so good..
I wanted to post it again..Only 18 CAL, only 1 fat and 29 Sodium per Tablespoon :)

2 T Mrs. Dash Original
1 C Light Sour Cream
1/2 C Non Fat Plain Yogurt
1/4 C Light Mayo (I use Miracle Whip Light Salad Dressing)
2 t Sugar
3 t Wine Vinegar
3 T Freeze-Dried Chives

Mix everything in a bowl. It makes 1 3/4 C. I put in that it makes 28 servings of 1 T each. Per tablespoon: Calories 18, Fiber 0, Fat 1, Protein 1, Calcium 2, Sodium 29

I will have to try this. I found a baked "fried" pickles recipe on pinterest that was just waiting for this to come along. :)

This is the first time I see this recipe; will definitely have to make it; I'm going to try it without the sugar though and see if okay; thanks for posting!

Where do you fnd freeze dried chives?

***walmart had freeze dried chives in spices section. they are expensive..about $5.50. I made the ranch dressing without the chives and it was still very good! **
