maintenance
I'm pretty close to being on maintenance , My Dr. wants me to lose 10-15 lbs and I already have. But, I would like to lose another 4 or 5 lbs. What do I do when I get there? Change my settings? I've heard its harder to stay on that. Just wondering.

10 pound loss
When I checked in this morning and had lost 1.5 lbs it said I had lost more than 10 lbs, and did I want to change my goals? I didn't know what to do .So I just clicked that I didn't want to change it. I thought it might drastically cut my calories and as I am losing every week I didn't want it changed. how do you gauge speed on dvd's
I have several Leslie Sansone dvd's and really enjoy them. But, I don't know if I'm gauging the right speed on them. Does anyone know how to do that. I don't want to put my speed at 4 m.p.h and it not be that much. I wondered if it tells somewhere on the dvd that I hadn't noticed. Thanks

missing my bread
Oh me, I miss my bread. I love to make homemade wheat bread but I'm sure it has a lot of things I don't need. I usually make it half wheat and half white. Even the bought bread has more calories and sodium than I thought. Do you get used to not eating as much of the good stuff???

Bunch of Bananas
Someone gave me a lot of bananas that are very ripe. They were going to throw them out and I said I would take them. I've put some in a freezer bag and labeled smoothies. The other bag they were more ripe so I put Bread on that bag. Any ideas on what else to do with them?? I would like to use them soon.....
