I have several Leslie Sansone dvd's and really enjoy them. But, I don't know if I'm gauging the right speed on them. Does anyone know how to do that. I don't want to put my speed at 4 m.p.h and it not be that much. I wondered if it tells somewhere on the dvd that I hadn't noticed. Thanks

Most of them do a mile in 15 minutes, so 4 miles an hour.

I do the 5 mile fat burning walk.. The first mile is 12 minutes and 30 seconds long and you do a mile..

If I don't push as hard, I log it as 3.5mph. If I am out of breath and feel like i'm going to die because I pushed myself really hard, I log it as 4mph or Aerobics. Not too much of a difference really. I'm going to underestimate myself on it until I can get a HRM.

Thanks, yes my walks are all 15 min. except one of them does about 12 min. I think I am gauging it right then. Makes me feel better that I am probably right on it.
