I'm pretty close to being on maintenance , My Dr. wants me to lose 10-15 lbs and I already have. But, I would like to lose another 4 or 5 lbs. What do I do when I get there? Change my settings? I've heard its harder to stay on that. Just wondering.

Yes would just readjust your settings to no weight loss. You will get to eat a bit more! You might want to do it gradually though, ie add 100 calories per day and do it a week at a time or so to make sure you don't start gaining. Make sure you keep logging and exercising and such to maintain as many people just stop doing what they did to get to goal and end up right back where they started from or worse. Congratulations on meeting goal!0

Thanks for the advice. I've heard it is hard to maintain. I sure would hate to gain back what I've lost....0
