There's only 4 calories in a serving of sugar free squash and not much else in it, so carry on withe it I say! I personally hate the 'taste' of water on its own, so always add squash to it :)

I'm only going by what it says on here :/ I'm 5'3" and 128lbs at the moment. I only want to lose about 7lbs and tone up.

Possibly a silly question, but how would I go about doing that? :/ I've never tried avocados, but if their texture is anything like most other fruits than I doubt I'll like it, lol

1200 calories at the moment, which I can usually stick to. Probably not eating quite enough fats to be honest. Fibre, I'm not sure on but again, probably not enough. Will look into that, thanks.

Thanks everyone! Good luck to all those who are doing it too :) I just completed the first workout and found it pretty tough going! It was hardest right in the middle and I was ready to give up, lol, but I stuck with it and then it seemed to get easier. Glad I managed to do it! I'm really rubbish at pushups though...!
