I posted a thread the other day introducing myself and giving some pics of myself as I lost weight. Most of the pics were with shirt on and wasn't the pics that I was wanting to add at the time. I finally had time to go through my pics and find the ones I was wanting. I also took some pics tonight because my wife and I have started the 30DS and I wanted some before pics so that I have something to compare to when we are done. So here goes.

This is my at my biggest getting really really close to the 250 mark

Here I am several months after we started running, I wasn't really eating that great and I hung around at this weight forever! I was around 215-220 I believe.

Here are the pics I took tonight. I am currently sitting at 194 lbs. I have really started working harder on eating much healthier and my goal is to obtain 12% or lower body fat. Right now I'm sitting at about 17.5%
