I try to get in a lot of Protein and Fiber daily. I am always over on both. I am trying to reduce my body fat so I try to get in at least or close to 100 grams of protein a day. When you take in a lot of Protein,.. you must drink PLENTY of water.

My weight normally increases. The pounds do vary from time to time, but I have noticed that once TOM ends.. I loses the pounds that were once added.

I am 4'11 and I am struggling with the 1200 calorie goal, plus the 8 + water intake, and protein shake. I feel stuffed all the time at a little less than 1000 cals a day.

I feel the same way as you do. I do not eat all my calories back. At one time I tried, but it only left me still weighing the same. I started losing weight when I left a few remaining calories. Besides I workout late in the evening, so I also choose not to eat after 8pm.

Thank you so much for posting this. I am also at 152.4 and basically now at a stand still. I have been eating nothing but Fruits and Veggies.. and I couldn't figure out what's the problem. I work out a lot, but eat very little.

I just open my Food diary to the public. Feel free to take a look at it. Losing these last 27 pounds are harder than the first 30 pounds I recently lost before I started MFP. :(

I used MFP BMR calculator, under the "TOOLS" tab. That is how I received my BMR. Is there another calculator I should be using?

Thank you all so much. I have a better understanding. I assume last night I messed up big time! My net calorie intake was 9. Cause I burned 991 calories.. but only ate 1000 for the day. I knew a few people that tried it for a week and they became sick. One of them even passed out. You have to be very careful on the HCG diet.

I often gain weight also during that time, but it is only temporary. Don't stress out about it. The water weight gain is normal.
