To exercise (preferably run/jog) at least 20 minutes every day. And that can even be *gag* weight training.

My resolution is to drop at least 50 pounds, feel comfortable and happy, to graduate with a 3.0 or higher, and to spend more time with my family.

    -Lose the last 15-20

-Be promoted in this office or get the firefighter job

    -Finish paying off all debt

    -Quit smoking

That last one is gonna suck.
But it's the one on your list you can accomplish overnight all on your own. I got by with a little help from my friend, Nicorette. It was SO worth it to go from :smokin: to :glasses: .

Yes - quitting smoking is not easy but it can be done. I quit New Years Day 2009 (I smoked like a lunatic the night before to the point I grossed myself out!) But seriously - I just kept repeating "failure is not an option!!!!" You can so do it - I smoked for almost 35 years and I have never felt better - Good Luck!!!!
