I realized Im getting married, and I dont want to be a beached whale in my dress also, that I use to fit in all my friends clothes and now I cant.

I'm not calthelic, but a bunch of people at work always do it, last year I gave up chips this year, im giving up elevators (always taking stairs), eating after 8, and fried foods :)

Oh I signed up for one not long ago.. but then my dad had a medical issue and it totally threw me off any diet! If i can find the papers with the week detox on it. Ill send it your way! it looked great.. cant tell you how it worked, but others that did it, it worked well for them

I love meat on all peoples bones, men and women. I find girls more attractive when they are not too thin, with curves and a great attitude. Then I think.. yeah I wanna be just like her. My boyfriend, loves curvy women more. Too thin and he wont even look thier way Its all about the child bearing hips! haha

we are always harder on ourselves it depends on the body type, whether i notice weight loss but when i lose amounts like that i go to the supermarket and lift 10 pounds of sugar or flour that really makes you think about how much weight just came off

I also have dinner reservations for Valentines day, to a very high calorie place! Maybe try working out before the date(may help your nerves too) and have fun, and dont worry too much about your diet on the date! enjoy yourself!

I allow myself one bad day.. and I dont go too overboard for me, it keeps me going or else I'd quit every diet seems to work for me! I say, if its going to keep you going on this diet, and keep you motivated, then have one day. dont go CRAZY but enjoy yourself
